摘要
针对具有分布参数系统特性的制浆生产中的连续蒸煮过程 ,提出了一种通过运用多项式正交配置对模型进行简化的方法。这种方法可使蒸煮过程模型维数显著降低 ,并且既包括了许多影响蒸煮结果的重要物理现象 ,又适合黑箱辨识。通过蒸煮模型动态特性的计算机仿真 。
A dynamic model of the continuous pulping is developed. The model is e xpressed in terms of partial differential equations and includes most physical p henomena which have great impact on the cooking result. A numerically effective state space model is established by applying the method of orthogonal collocatio n. The proposed nonlinear model is therefore suitable for grey-box identificati on. The advantage of the method is proved by computer simulation.
