摘要
针对造纸工业制浆工段碱化过程碱化塔温度控制要求及工艺特点 ,采用二自由度控制结构 ,设计了PID及PD控制器。经实际运行表明 ,该控制系统响应速度快、控制效果好、有较强的鲁棒性 。
Based on the temperature control requirement and the process ch aracteristics of alkalify tower in alkalify process of kraft pulp mill, two-deg r ee-of-freedom control structure is used and PID and PD controller are designed . The practices results show that the controller has fast response, good control e ffect and robustness. It fully satisfies the demand of technology.
