Expression of Paper Formation Based on the Wavelet Multi-Resolution Analysis Technology

将小波多分辨分析技术与纸页匀度表征进行结合提出一种新的纸页匀度指数———小波匀度指数 (WIn)。实验表明 ,WIn 对纸页定量图像中的絮团形状、絮团大小及絮团分布是非常敏感的 。

In this paper, a new paper formation index-wavelet index (WIn) is put forward when the express of paper formation is combined with the wavelet multi- r esolution analysis(MRA) technology. Experiments indicate that this index is quit e sensitive to the shape, size and distribution of the flocculate in the paper b asis weight image, and paper formation can be expressed digitally very well.
