反思当代语文教师面临的尴尬

摘要 在应试教育达到鼎盛时,语文教师扮演的角色本身就是社会的产物,但现在,相对重视人文性的语文教材已在全国使用,强调素质和能力的"3+X"高考已扩大到全国半数以上的省份,素质教育已深入人心。呼唤高素质的 语文教师已成为势所必然。本文论述语文教师所要具备的素质,阐述了当代语文师教将面临的尴尬问题。 At the prime time of exam-oriented education, the role teachers of Chinese had played is a social product. But at present, the nationwide use of the text book of Chinese focusing on humanity, and the college entrance examination model: 3+X emphasizing students?quality and ability adopted by more than half provinces help make quality-oriented examination rooted in the society. In this case, it抯 a historical necessity to need high quality teachers of Chinese. This paper elaborates the qualities a teacher of Chinese should have, and the dilemma facing contemporary teachers of Chinese.
