锕系元素的螯合药物Ⅶ——螯合剂体外螯合能力的比较 被引量:1

摘要 用分光光度法测定了螯合药物Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅵ,Ⅻ,Ⅷ和铁离子(Ⅲ)的螯合比,测试了螯合剂和螯合物的紫外—可见光谱,用pH电位滴定法测定在生理pH下螯合剂和螯合物的电位平衡曲线。实验表明,在体外生理pH下,螯合剂和铁离子(Ⅲ)螯合能力的大小顺序与体内促排铁(Ⅲ)的能力大小一致。 In this article,six new and two known polyaminocarboxylic phenolic sequestering agents have been synthesized.Animal study on theexcretion of overload iron in livers has been evaluted regarding iron as amodle of nuclide plutonium.Animal test indicated:among all the synthesiz-ed sequestering agents DHBED(Ⅷ)has a better effect than the knownagent HBEO(Ⅱ)and DTPA.The structure—activity relationship has beendisscussed.The two phenol rings connected by ethylene,propylene and buty-lene bridges showed a better result than the two phenol rings connected bydiethylenetriamine.The benzene rings modified by methoxy groups could notinfluence the activities of the agents.Ligands with eight electron donorgroups showed a better results than those ligauds with six ones if otherfeatures of molecular structures were the same.
