摘要
去氢表雄酮硫酸酯为正常人体肾上腺所分泌,是合成雄激素和雌激素的前体。1970年日本钟仿制药厂正式生产该产品作为宫颈成熟剂,用于治疗宫颈成熟不全和产程延长等。Mochizuki给妊娠末期的妇女ⅳ去氢表雄酮硫酸酯钠盐(OHA-S)100 mg,共2次。
After iv injection of dihydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHA-S) at 20 or 40 mg/kg to female rats on day 19 of gestation, the tension and hydroxyproline level of uterine cervix were decreased obviously. However, DHA-S at 10 mg/kg showed no effect on the tension of uterine cervix. DHA-S in vitro, at 0.1 mg/kg significantly increased estradiol secretion in the ovaries and placenta of late pregnant rats.
