摘要
检测了部分老年性白内障房水,晶体及不同时期血清的13~33种元素的含量,结果表明:1.白内障晶体中Zn,K,As,P,Rb,Sb,Bi含量较透明晶体明显降低。Ca,Fe,Na,Li,Cr,Ba含量较透明晶体明显升高。2.随着白内障的发展,血清中Zn,Mg,Ti,Li,Si,Sn含量逐渐降低,白内障成熟时,血清中除Mg以外余者含量均降到最低,而Al的含量却逐渐升至最高,白内障成熟时Al的含量达到最高。3.白内障房水中Ca、K含量较透明晶体明显升高。上述结果表明,微量元素与白内障密切相关,可能是白内障的致病因素之一。
In order to explore and study the mechanism of cataract
formation to seek a way of prevention and treatment of senile cataract,
we use an advanced techanique to detsermine the content of 13-33 trace
elements in aqueous,serum and lense.The conclusions are:1,The con-
tent of Zn,K,As,P,Rb,Sb,Bi in senile cataractous lenses is much
lower than that in normal lenses and the content of Ca,Fe Na,Li,Ba,
Ca/P is much higher than that in normal lenses.2 With the develop-
ment of senile cataract the content of Zn,Mg,Ti,Li,Si,Sn in serum
is gradually reduced and it is the lowest in the mature cataractous lenses
(except Mg).The content of Al is gradually higher and it is the
highest in the period of mature eataract.3,The content of trace elements
in serum represent the recently dietary intake but it is regulated by
body humour.Even under a serious condition the content of some trace
elements is also nearly normal.The content of trace elements in lens
is relatively steady in a period of time and as a quota of chronic long
time.According to the above result,we can obviously see the rela-
tionship between the trace element in the lenses and the formation of
senile cataract.It is possibly one of the causes of cataract.It provided
the possibility for seeking the cause,mechanism,prevention and treat-
ment of the senile cataract.
