论述锅炉水垢酸洗工艺技术中水垢的鉴别、酸液浓度的计算、常用酸洗液的清洗工艺条件、锅炉钝化的常用方法及其特点,对钝化的最佳可靠方法和常用钝化剂的反应条件进行探讨,介绍盐酸清洗、柠檬酸清洗等清洗方法。

The technology of acid pickling is a c omplex,which involves many discipl ine knowledge.This article discuss the problems in craft technology of boiler scale acid pic kling such as how to distinguish the scale;the calculation on the con centration of acid liquor,the clean ing -craft condition of commonly used acid liquor to eliminate the boiler scale,the commonly used method t o eliminate the boiler scale and its characteristic,the reliabl e best way to appraisal the effect of passivation and the commonly used passivation response condition.In troduced the method of hydrochloric acid clean,the citric acid clean and so on rinse method.
