鄂东南丘陵山区人多地少 ,资金短缺 ,生态环境较差 ,是影响农业现代化的主要因素 .本文提出了在农民土地承包经营前提下 ,农业现代化应该走适合本地实际情况的、农业产业化的。

In the highland area of the south-east of Hubei Province,a large population with a small area,lacking for capital and the inferior environment are the main factors affecting the moderninzation of agriculture there. This article brings forward that in this area,land having been contracted out.we should explore a new way to realize the modernization of agriculture according with the practice of reality,industrialization of agriculture and sequential development.
