咸宁市初中体育教师队伍现状及其建设对策的研究

A Study on the Present Situation & Counter Measures-A Survey of the Teaching Staff of Junior

综合运用了文献资料、调查访问等研究方法 ,对湖北省咸宁市初中体育教师队伍的现状进行了广泛调查和分析研究 .结果表明 :咸宁市初中体育教师队伍存在着素质参差不齐、骨干教师短缺、学历层次混杂、多种身份教师并存、中高级职称比例偏低和教学科研滞后等问题 .

The present situation of junior sports teacher in Xianning was extensively investigated into and studied analytically in this paper with documental information and interactive interview utilized systematically.The consequence exposed the truth of which all this had existed in junior physical education in Xianning-uneven aptitude,insufficient backbone,irregular degree of education,ambiguous professional pesponsibility combining with lower proportion of senior and middle academic titles.Countermeasures and proposals have been put forward in the paper to strengthen the teaching staff of junior physical education in view of the existing problems.
