This paper introduces the structure and working principle of how to machine the crown set of rubber-covered roll in paper making using CQ61100 lathe. The crown set of rubber-covered roll made by offset cam and leverage is similar to its deformation curve, and can meet the need of practice production. Its principle is applicable to the other lathes as well.
