干部队伍建设是新世纪高校改革与发展的重要课题,特别是中国加入WTO后,高校干部的应对、谋略、智慧不但对高校自身的改革与发展具有现实意义,而且对于转变教育理念,改革教育体制,促进生产力的发展也具有深远意义。从培养创造性辩证思维能力,培养信息综合运用能力,树立无私无畏的创新品格三个方面,阐述了高校干部队伍建设的内涵,对迎接知识经济挑战,促进高校管理改革与发展具有重要的现实意义。

The cadre's contingent development is the most important subject in the process of university reformation and development in the new century.Especially with China entering WTO,enhancing the capabilities of meeting an emergency,intelligence that the cadres in colleges and universities possess will not only have a realistic significance to the reformation and development of colleges and universities,but also have a profound effect on transforming education idea,reforming education system and promoting the development of productivity.This thesis elaborates on the intension of the cadre's contingent development in the university from three aspects cultivate the creation ability from dialectal ideology cultivate the information collective application ability set up selfless and fearless creation character.This thesis has the actural meaning to face the intelligence economic chanllenge and promote the university management and reformation.
