将焦点对准大学科研学术小组这样一个特殊的群体,通过对若干案例的分析,指出了"适时调整科研方向的学术洞察力和眼光、可持续的学术资源的整合与运作、学术带头人的学术战略思考与领导、出高水平研究成果及持久的学术聚焦"五项核心能力的建设是这些小组得以生存发展的关键,为提高学术小组的学术竞争力指明了方向。

Focused on the special groups of academy research in the University.Based on the examples analysis,we point out that the building of five key abilities such as 'to have insight into adjusting the direction of R&D, to combine and operate the continual academic resource,the strategy thinking of academy leads,to have high level of academy results,the continual focus on academy R&D' is the key problems of the academy groups to existing and developing.
