To enter WTO isn't merely an economic phenomenon.Meanwhile,our cultural field will be confronted with the impact accordingly.The Higher Institutes,cultivating various kinds of students, are improving,adjusting and adding 'some subjects to catch up with the development.So the student cultivation should agree with the international situations.The students in the study of English and business should follow the development of international foreign trade.They must have the relative knowledge of a certain foreign language,tariff and nontariff regulations,international exchanges,commodities,laws,insurance,accounting,statistics and computer operation.Therefore The student cultivation in Higher Institutes should aim at multipurposes.
