分析了设备维护流程 ,指出工单是设备维护的主线 .根据设备维护工单的流程 (工单确定→工单计划→工单安排→工单执行→工单归档→工单分析 ) ,提出设备维护的三种外包模式 ,定性地分析了三种模式的特点 .

Based on the flow of equipment maintenance, work management as the main line of equipment maintenance was introduced. According to the flow of work management which includes work identification, work plan, work schedule, work execution, work history and work analysis, Three outsourcing patterns for equipment maintenance were put forward. The characteristics of these patterns were analyzed. It is important for enterprises to implement equipment maintenance outsourcing.
