摘要
在存在着随机粗糙和空间色散时 ,利用了一个数字模型研究表面激子极化激元的定域化 .发现定域化出现在表面激子极化激元的最大频率附近 ,在广延态上的衰减长度大于定域态上的衰减长度 。
A numerical model for investigating the localization of surface exciton polaritons in the presence of random roughness and spatial dispersion was established. It was found that the localization occurred in a limited frequency range near the maximum frequency of surface exciton polaritons. The decaying length in the extended region was larger than that in the localized region. The localization of surface exciton polaritons was caused by the destructive interference between waves scattered from the rough surface.
