The IGBT's driver and protection functions are realized by integrated module FAN8800 in laser power supply. The design of driving and protecting circuit, the selection and test of devices are described. This circuit can be run stably and reliably in laser power supply and be applied to the IGBT's driving for all kinds of power supply.
