下腔静脉隔膜阻塞症(附12例报告)

MEMBRANOUS OBSTRUCTION OF THE INFERIOR VENA CAVA;REPORT OF 12 CASES

收治下腔静脉隔膜阻塞症12例,均伴有布-加氏综合征。5例行经右房手指破膜术,7例采用国产Dacron人工血管作下腔静脉-右心房旁路分流术。无术中及术后近期死亡,术后3～24月随访疗效良好。

Twelve patients with membranous obstruction of the inferior vena cava were confirmed by vena cavography at our hospital in the past 2.5 years.All patients were associated with Budd-Chiari syndrome.Five cases were treated by transcardiac membranotomy and other seven cases treated by cavoatrial shunt with a 16mm diameter Dacron graft.The follow- up in all patients for 3-24 months showed that the symptoms and signs disappeared or relieved.The patency of the IVC and graft was demonstrated in nine patients by vena cavography and in three patients by B-scan ultrasound postoperatively.The cavoatriaI shunt or splenopneumopexy were advocated for those cases with secondary thrombosis of inferior vena cava.
