肝包虫病术后复发原因及防治对策探讨

The causes and strategies for the postoperative recurrence of liver echinococcosis

目的探讨肝包虫病术后复发的原因及其防治对策。方法回顾性分析肝包虫病术后复发17例次患者的临床资料。结果复发因素主要为术前准备不充分，术中处理不当。结论术前结合B超检查作出全面正确的诊断，术中充分显露术野、恰当地处理囊肿，术前、术后正规服抗包虫药，以及术后作好防治宣传工作，对防止包虫病复发起重要作用。

Objective To explore the causes and the strategies for the postoperative recurrence of liver echinococcosis. Methods The clinical records of 17 cases of postoperative recurrent liver echinococcosis were reviewed. Results It was found that the preparation before operation was insufficient, or that the operative procedures were not adequate. Conclusion To prevent the postoperative recurrence, the following precautions are important: 1.comprehensive preoperative diagnosis on the basis of ultrasonic examination, 2. the operative field be fully exposed and the echinococcosis be properly treated, 3.regular medical treatment before and after the surgery, 4.propaganda and education on the prevention of the disease.
