摘要
分析了A2 /O系统的固有缺欠 :硝化菌、反硝化菌和聚磷菌在有机负荷、泥龄以及碳源需求上存在着矛盾和竞争 ,阻碍着生物除磷脱氮技术的应用。为此各国水处理专家有针对性地进行了大量研究 ,新工艺层出不穷 ,但至今仍没有根本性的突破 ,营养盐去除的整体效果没有显著提高。在深入分析研究基础上 ,指出应以兼性厌氧反硝化除磷菌的生物特性研究为基础 ,开展以PHB为碳源的新工艺和硝化菌与反硝化除磷菌相分离的双污泥系统的研究 。
The inherent shortcomings of A 2/O process, thereinto the contrary competition of nitrifying bacteria, denitrifying bacteria and polyphosphate accumulating organisms for organic loading, sludge age and carbon sources impeded the promotion of their application for N and P removal. Many experts conducted a lot of studies and exploited many processes. But until now the overall effect of biological nutrient removal is not good enough. The authors of this paper think that it is needed to develop new processes whose carbon source is PHB and develop a dual sludge system, in which the nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria shall work separately. Theoretical bases and concrete introduction shall be provided for the practical application of A 2/O processes.
