摘要
以无机盐SnCl2 为原料 ,通过形成配合物前躯体制备了氧化锡及铜离子掺杂氧化锡纳米晶 .XRD表明两纳米晶体系均为金红石相SnO2 .通过对两纳米晶体系的TEM HRTEM微结构分析 ,发现掺杂体系的粒径有明显降低 ,而且颗粒边界也较未掺杂体系清晰 .通过对两纳米晶体系的紫外图谱的研究 ,发现Cu掺杂后SnO2 纳米晶的吸收带边发生红移 .
Beginning with SnCl 2, equable diameter dis persed and stable SnO 2 and Rh-doping SnO 2 nanocrystallines were synthesized by the compound-precursor c hemi cal method. The XRD results show that both two tin oxide nanocrystalline system s are rutile phase SnO 2. The TEM/HRTEM analyses show that the as-prepare d Cu doping SnO 2 nanocrystallines have much samller particle radius than that o f the undoping ones. And the interfaces in doping system are clearer than those in undoping system. Besides, the UV spectra of SnO 2 and Cu -d oping SnO 2 nanocrystallines, reveal clearly that the excitonic absorption band appeared after Cu doping. And the band-gap edge abso rptio n also moved toward smaller wavelength, namely ‘red shift' occurred in the doping system.
