摘要
CF4 CH4 等离子体对聚丙烯进行表面阻燃改性 ,在整个CF4 体积分数范围内可分三个区域 .区域 1(0 %~83 .3 % )内 ,随着CF4 体积分数的增加 ,燃烧速率逐渐增加 .区域 2 (83 .3 %~ 96.2 % )内 ,随着CF4 体积分数的增加 ,燃烧速率反而下降 .区域 3 (96.2 %~ 10 0 % )内 ,随着CF4 体积分数的增加 ,燃烧速率又反而升高 .先经CH4 等离子体预处理 ,在样品表面先沉积一层高度交联的聚合碳膜作为阻挡层 ,在一定程度上提高了聚合物薄膜的阻燃性 。
CF 4/CH 4 plasma was used to modify polypro pylene surface properties, especially the flame retardancy. According to the change in burning rate over t he entire range of CF 4% in the CF 4/CH 4 mixture, the whole range can be div ided into three regions. The burning rate increases with the CF 4% in region 1 (0%~ 83.3%) . The burning rate decreases along with the increase of CF 4% in reg ion 2 (83.3%~96.2%). The burning rate increases with the CF 4% in region 3 (96 .2%~100%). The flame retardancy of the polymer film pretreated with CH 4 plasm a to deposit a barrier layer of highly crosslinking was improved. The sur face fl ame retardancy of surface crosslinking with CH 4 plasma was demonstrated by th e burning rate and TGA analysis.
