摘要
针对广州市林分质量差、林种结构不合理以及龄组比例不协调等城市森林现状,提出了广州市城市森林生态网络体系规划的指导思想、规划原则和目标,阐述了广州市内环、中环和外环的分项规划框架,重点突出沿海防护林、城区花园式单位、绿色通道、自然保护区与野生动物栖息地、水源涵养林、商品林基地六大重点规划建设项目,并提出了科技支撑、法制支撑、防护支撑的三大支撑体系。
In view of the situation of poor quality, irrational structure and improportional forest age group in Guangzhou city at present, the programming guidance, general principle, target of the urban forest ecological network in Guangzhou are put forward.Group-programming framework of the inner-circuit, middle-circuit ,outer-circuit in the city of Guangzhou are expounded. It emphasizes six important planning project which deals with prevention forest in coastline, garden-pattern unit,green passage, natural reservation region, wild animal habitat, water-founder forest, merchantable forest site. At the same time, three supporting system( technical supporting ,law supporting , defence supporting ) are also given in this paper.
