环磷酰胺治疗多发性硬化临床观察

Oberservation for Cyclophosphamide used in MS treatment.

目的:多发性硬化(MS)目前无特殊治疗方法,本观察旨在观察环磷酰胺(CTX)治疗MS的疗效和安全性。方法:10例MS病人,为继发进展型及复发进展型MS。采用环磷酰胺治疗,先1000 mg每周1次静点,共10次;以后每2周1次,共10次;最后每月1次.共10次,总量30 g左右。结果:CTX疗法在本次观察中显示有一定疗效,且无严重的副作用,可以耐受。结论:CTX疗法可以减少MS复发及进展,且副作用可以耐受。

Objective The safety and efficacy of use cyclophosphamide(CTX)therapy was investigated in patients with MS,characterized being frequent relapse and rapid disability progression. Methods: Ten patients characterized by frequent and severe relapses as well as rapid progression. Treatment is consisted in administration of 1000 mg dose intravenous CTX every one weeks for 10 times,and every two weeks for 10 times,and every months for 10 times,total doses for 30 grams.Results:Therapy has been demonstrated to have usefulness in MS,CTX therapy was safe and tolerated and no severe side effects were observed. Conclusion:The CTX therapy was able to stop disease activity and progression in patients with rapidly evolving secondary progressive MS.
