摘要
目的:研究半乳糖醇润肠通便作用的量效关系及半乳糖醇对复方苯乙哌啶止泻作用的对抗效能。方法:采用8个浓度级别检测小鼠的通便时间,并转换为通便加速率。使用复方苯乙哌啶制造肠管收涩模型,观察不同浓度的半乳糖醇对其造模的对抗作用。结果:半乳糖醇对正常动物在1.1%浓度时有润肠通便作用,随着剂量加大作用也逐步增强,但浓度在10%左右时量效曲线走平,通便作用似不再随剂量增大而加强。半乳糖醇浓度在5.5%以上时对复方苯乙哌啶造模有明显的对抗作用。结论:半乳糖醇的通便作用具有一定的量效关系。
Objective:To study the dosage-effect relationship of laxative action of galactitol and resistive action of galactitol in constipation model mice caused by diphenoxylate composite. Methods:Eight concentrations of galactitol were adopted to examine the time of pass through stomach and intestines of mice and the resistive action in constipation model mice caused by diphenoxylate composite. Results:The higher the concentration, the larger the laxative action of Galactitols, from 1.1% to 7.7%;when the concentration was from 7.7% to 11%, the laxative action of galactitol doesn't increase. When the concentration is upwards of 5.5%, galactitols have remarkable resistive action in constipation model mice caused by diphenoxylate composite. Conclusion:The laxative action of galactitol displays certain dosage-effect relationship.
