摘要 郁金香种球经低温冷藏后种植 ,其植株子代球的收获量明显高于常温下贮藏后种植的植株 ,收获的更新球的单重和周径 (分别为 2 5 .0 g和 12 .0cm)明显大于常温贮藏的种球 (单重和周径分别为 2 1.0g和 11.0cm) ,其植株从基部起第 2张叶片的面积 (10 3.9cm2 )也明显大于后者 (85 .6cm2 )。相关回归分析表明 ,叶面积和更新球的大小。 Tulip bulbs treated with 5℃ chilling had more and bigger daughter bulbs than those of the control, the weight of regenerated bulbs was 25.0 g and the girth was 12.0 cm. The regenerated bulbs from mother bulbs under room temperature storage had less weight (21.0 g) and girth (11.0 cm). The tulip plant from bulbs treated with 5℃ chilling had 103.9 cm 2 of the second leaf area above the base, much more than that of the latter (85.6 cm 2 ). The results of correlation and regression analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the leaf area and the weight or girth of the regenerated bulbs.
