CT引导下射频热凝固治疗肺癌、肝癌的对比观察(附49例分析)

摘要 目的 :①探讨射频热凝固治疗后肺癌、肝癌病灶CT值的改变。②探讨射频热凝固治疗后肺癌、肝癌病灶大小的改变。方法 :采用CT引导经皮穿刺 ,对两组病例 :肺癌 2 1例 ,肝癌 2 8例行射频热凝固治疗。结果 :①两组病例病灶CT值均降低 ,肺癌组平均降低 2 6 .9Hu ,肝癌组平均降低 38.5Hu。②两组病例病灶不同程度缩小 ,肺癌组于治疗后 3个月减小 10~ 4 0 %者 17例 ,占 80 .9% ,无变化者 4例 ,占 19.1%。肝癌组于治疗后 3个月 ,减小 10~ 4 0 %者 2 6例 ,占 92 .9% ,无变化者 2例 ,占 7.1%。③两组病例病灶中坏死灶不同程度增大 ,肺癌组增大 5~ 2 0 %者 16例 ,占 76 .2 % ,无变化者 5例 ,占 2 3.8%。肝癌组增大 5~ 2 0 %者 2 6例 ,占 92 .8% ,无变化者 2例 ,占 7.2 %。结论 :射频热凝固疗法对肺癌、肝癌治疗效果确切 。 Objective:①To explore the changes of CT value in foci of lung cancer and liver cancer after treatment with radiofrequency thermocoagulation.②To explore the changes in focus size after treatment with radiofrequency thermocoagulation.Methods:Under CT guidance,puncture transcutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation was given in two groups of patients (21 cases with lung cancer,28 cases with liver cancer).Results:①CT value of foci in both groups decreased and the average numbers of decrease were 26 9HU for lung-cancer group and 38.5Hu for liver-cancer group.②The foci in both groups became smaller to various degrees.In the lung-cancer group,focus became smaller by 10~40% in 17 cases (80.9%) and there was no chang in 4 cases (19.1%).3 months after treatment in the liver-cancer group focus becanse smaller were 26 cases (92.9%) and 2 cases were no change(7.1%).③In two groups,the necrosed asea were accreted to various degrees.There were 16 cases with hung cancer was 5%~20% and it amounted to 76.2% of all cases.Where there were 5 cases with no change which amounted to 23.8%.In the liver-cancer group,the accretion ratio was 5%~20% in 26 case which amounted to 92.8% of all cases while there was no change in 2 cases which amounted to 7.2%.Conclusion:This therapy has a precise effect on lung cancer and liver cancer.Liver cancer is more sensitive than lung cancer.
