层析柱法分离纯化多糖，可以一次完成。依据纯化的目的不同，可在过柱前脱色脱蛋白。脱蛋白后，吸收峰的值明显下降。
It can be done time to disperse and purify polysachrides with the column of chromatography.According to different requirements of purification,the polysacchide solution can be decolored and deproteinized before passing the column.after the deproteinization,the absorbed drops significantly.
