宽叶缬草治疗冠心病的临床研究

Clinical Stuies on the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease With Valeriana officinalis L.var latifolia Miq.

作者用宽叶缬草挥发油（Ｖａｌ－Ｉ）治疗冠心病（ＣＨＤ）心绞痛８２例（其中心肌缺血５０例），总有效率分别达８７．８０％，８８％，比对照组复方丹参注射液（ＳＭＣｏ）治疗心绞痛３４例（其中心肌缺血２１例）．总有效率４１．１８／，３７．５０％，差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．００１；Ｐ＜０．０１）。本文还探讨了Ｖａｌ－Ｉ的作用机理和临床应用特点，提示宽叶缬草是一种治疗ＣＨＤ的新型有效药物。

Valeriana officinalis L. var latifolia Miq., which is variety of valeriana officinalis L, has the properties to relieve smooth muscle spasm and powerfully to expand coronary artery, as demonstrated by animal experiments; no report on its application to treating coronary heart disease (CHD)has been found as yet with Val-I, our preparation of a volatile oil fractionated from its root ,we have treated 82 CHD patients with angina pectoris, among whom ST-T ischemic changes appeared on conventional ECG in 50 cases defore treatment. Its total effective rate for the simple angina (without detectable ischemic findings) was 87.80%; the angina with ischemic findings,88.00% , For comparisons, another 34 patients with the same conditions,24 cases among them belonging to the angina with ischemic findings, were treated with SMCo, a composite injection of Salvia Miltiorrhiza(Shanghai First Pharmaceutieal Factory); the total effective rates for the simple simple angina and for the angina with ischemic findings were 41. 18% and 37. 50% respectively. Statistically, the efficiency differences between Val-I and SMCo were both highly significant(P＜0. 001,P＜0. 01) either in the simple angina or in the angina with ischemic findings when tested separately. The results showed Valeriana officinalis L, var latifolia Miq. to be quite effective on the angina pectoris due to CHD with or without myocardial ischemic findings, and to be superior to SMCo whether in the remission of symptoms, decreasing the attack frequency and shortening the attack duration of the angina, or in restoring the blood supply to the ischemic myocardium. In addition , it was discovered that Valeriana officinalis L.var latifolia Miq. could lower plasma lipids as well. And , toxic actions causing function impairments of liver, kidney , hemopoietic tissue (leukopenia) etc,have not been detected, The mechanisms concerning its therapeutic effects mentioned above are also discussed in detail.
