摘要
运用模糊数学的理论与方法，将投资项目选点评估中的一些模糊因素纳入模糊集的范畴，确定综合评估指标体系及模型，划定评分标准区间，归集隶属度，建立模糊矩阵，然后按照模糊矩阵运算法则加以处理，从而使评估中十分棘手的模糊因素变得明朗化、数量化、具体化。同时，也有助于科学决策、正确选点。
In this paper by making use of theory and methods of fuzzy mathematics, the authors classify some undistinguishable factors in the category of fuzzy sets,to establish indices of evaluation and models, make a division of standard estimate intervals, introduce degree of membership,construct fuzzy matrices, then deal with these factors by fuzzy matrices.The way proposed in this paper can make these stubborn undistinguishable factors distinguishable and quantitative, which is helpful In making scientific decision and correct siting.
