摘要
本文报导了噻唑偶氮羧酸型显色剂2-[2-(6-甲基苯并噻唑)偶氮]-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(16-MeBTAMB),2-[2-(6-甲基苯并噻唑)偶氮]-5-二羧四氨基苯四酸(6-Me-BTACB)和2-[2-(4-甲基苯并噻唑)偶氮]-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(4-Me-BTAMB)与Ni(Ⅱ)等金属离子显色反应的最佳条件.同时详细研究了在十二烷基流酸内存在下6-Me-BTAM3和6-Me-BTACB与Ni(Ⅱ)的配合反应,并将这两个显色剂应用于纯镁、铝合金和钢铁中及6-Me-BTACB应用于含一定量钴的钢铁中微量镍的直接测定,结果满意.
This paper reports the study on chelating reaction of three new chromogenic reagents, 2-(2-[ 6-methylbenzothiazolyl ) azoD -5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid ( 6-Me-BTAMB ) , 2- C2- ( 6-methyl-benzothiazolyl ) azo] -5-dicarboxylaminobenzoic acid ( 6-Me-BTACB ) and 2- C2- ( 4-methylbenzothiazol-yl) azo] -5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid ( 4-Me-BTAMB ) with micro amounts of nickel in the presence of sodium lauryl sulfate. The suggested methods can be applied to direct determination of Ni with both 6-Me-BTAMB and 6-Me-BTACB in pure magnesium, aluminium alloys, steels with satisfactory results, 6-Me-BTACB can be used in steels containing definate amounts of Co.
