摘要
合成了新试剂2,4-二氯苯基二安替比林甲烷(DCDAM),其结构已经红外光谱和元素分析鉴定.在磷酸介质中,吐温40和Mn(Ⅱ)存在下,钒(V)与DCDAM反应生成黄色产物.其最大吸收波长为480nm,摩尔吸光系数为5.68×10~5.钒量在0.2~1.4μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律.该体系选择性好,稳定时间长,用于某些矿石和渣样中痕量钒的测定,结果满意.
The new reagent 2,4-dichlorophenyl diantipyryl methane (DCDAM ) was synthesized and its structure was identified by infrared spectra and elementary analysis.The new method was studied for determination of trace vanadium ( Ⅴ )by spectrophotometry. In the presence of Tween-40 and manganese (Ⅱ) ,V(Ⅴ) reacts with DCDAM to form a yellow product in phosphoric acid medium.Maximum absor-bance of the product is at 480 nm with molar absorptivity of S.68×108.Beer's law is obeyed over the range 0.2-1.4ugV(Ⅴ)/25ml.The method is highly sensitive and selective.The method was applied to determination of trace V (Ⅴ) in ores and slags,the good result was obtained.
