摘要
以魔芋精粉作为扑热息痛片的粘合剂，与市售片及常用的粘合剂所制片比较，结果魔芋精粉浆制片与市售片及聚乙烯吡咯烷酮作粘合剂所制片体外溶出无显著性差异，体内外相关性良好。
Acetaminophen tablet(A)prepared with Konjac Gels,as an adhesive,was diveloped and compared with commerical tablets(B)and other tablets preparedwith usual adhesive on the dissolution behaviors in vitro,The results showed that therewas no signicficant differenee dissolution behaviors in vitro between(A)and(B)andthat the data in vitro had a good correlation with those in vivo.
