摘要
报告乙醇对６种药物的增溶作用，由实验数据回归得到药物在水－乙醇混合溶剂的溶解度方程，该回归方程能估算获得一定溶解度所需加入乙醇的量。
Ethyl alcohol's solubilization for some drugs were reported.Theregression equation was obtained,which can give out the amount of cosolvent toobtain a specified solubility.
