Salt Caverns Stand a Good Chance for Ultimate Disposal of Solid Hazardous Wastes

利用岩盐溶腔处置废物已被认为是大有前途且安全的特殊废物最终处置法。这是由废物处理现状和岩盐矿床地质结构的特殊性决定的。本文介绍了岩盐溶腔处置特殊废物的方法、适用范围及发展前景，并针对我国井矿盐工业实际提出了几点建议。

alt cavern is considered as a safty site for the disposal of wastes. In the near future, it may be desinged and operated for the ultimate disposal of solid hazardous wastes. This is due to the structural feature and the geological structure of salt rock and the deposit, and it is also as a result of the incompetence of the traditional hazardous waste disposal sites. In this paper, the technique, the types of wastes being treated, and the prospect of the technique are introduced; besides, in view of the present situation of our borehole solution mining industry, a few suggestions are made.
