VE对小鼠额叶皮质神经元线粒体及溶酶体形态参数的影响 被引量:13

The Effect of Vitamin E on the MorphologicaI Paranleters of Mitochondria and Lysosomes in Neurons of Mouse

摘要 用细胞形态立体计量学方法对服用VE的昆明种雌性小白鼠额叶皮质神经元线粒体、溶酶体的13种形态参数进行统计分析。其结果发现:VE组与对照组比较,在性成熟期线粒体的体密度Vv1、嵴膜比膜面人δm2、面数密度NA1,内膜面密度Sv2,嵴膜面密度Sv3均有高度显著差异,线粒体的外膜比表面δ1,及内膜比膜面δm1、均有显著性差异;老年期线粒体的外膜比表面δ1也有高度显著性差异;而溶酶体的各形态参数均无显著差异。 n our experiment,13 morphological parameters of mitochondria and lysosomes inneurons of frontal lobe of the mouse fed with Vitamin E were measured and caiculated by cellmorphometric method. The results showed that when comparing the experimental group withthe control group at sex-matured period, some parameters such as the volume density(Vv1) and the numerical density on area(NA1)of mitochondrion, the surface density( Sv2)and the specific membrane(δm2) of inner mitochondrial membrane,the specificmembrane(δm1) and the surface density(Sv3)of mitochondrial crista were different, andthere was a statistical significance of difference。 In addition,there was some difference on thespecific surface(δ1)of outer mitochondrial membrane at aging period. In the article, its im-portance in medicine was also discussed。
