摘要
本文报道了用多波长数据线性回归分光光度法同时测定微量铝和钛的新方法.在pH5.5的弱酸性体系中,以铬天青S为显色试剂,TritonX-100为增敏剂,形成稳定的Al(Ti)—CAS—TritonX-100配合物.在530~604nm范围内选择15个波长作测定点测量吸光度,以本法处理,当Al:Ti=1:1~1:4时,直线相关系数均大于0.996.在邻菲罗啉等掩蔽剂存在下,可直接测定稀土硅镁合金、钛铁合金中铝和钛的含量.相对误差最大值为7.4%,铝、钛的回收率均为96%~107%,结果令人满意.
The linear regression analysis for multiwavelength data was applied to simultaneously determine two usual mutual interfering components Al and Ti.Al and Ti complexes were formed with ch-romazurine S-Triton X-100i which can be used to determine Al and Ti by spectrophotometry at multi-wavelengths.A buffer solution of HAc-NaAc with pH 5.2-5.8 -was used.VC,phen were employed as masking reagent. The absorbance of the mixture were measured at 15 wavelength steps over the range 530 -604nm. The concentration ratio of Al 8 Ti = l : 1-1 : 4 could be determined. The recoveries of both elements were 96%-107%.
