摘要 本文研究了喷熔层厚度和不同冷却方式对耐磨性的影响,同时也研究了热等静压处理对涂层耐磨性的影响。结果表明,厚度增加,耐磨性增加;但厚度增加到一定值时,磨损速率不变。在不同的磨损实验中,冷却方式对耐磨性的影响不同。热等静压能够促进化学元素的扩散,它不仅提高涂层的密度和结合强度,也能显著提高耐磨性。 In this paper, the effect of thickness of thes prayweided coating and different cooling mode after spraywelding on wear resistance are studied. The effect of hot isostatic pressing (hipping) on wear resistance of the coating is also studied. Results show that wear resistance increases with increasing thickness. When thickness increases above a certain value,wear rate becomes unchanged. The effect of cooling mode on wear resistance is different because of varied wear tests and different wear mechanisms. Hipping can improve the diffusion of alloyed elements in layer depth. Hipping can not only increase the density and bonding strength, but also increase wear resistance remarkably
