Effect of Coated Composition on Property in Spraying and Coating-cast

摘要 本文应用喷焊合金粉末,采用喷熔、涂铸、熔铸工艺方法使铸铁件表面合金化,硬度、耐磨性提高。采用电镜、能谱分析、硬度测试、磨粒磨损试验说明硬度和耐磨性并非成线性关系,而是与工艺方法和表面合金成分等因素有关。为在生产中应用提供了参考。 By means of spray weld alloy powder alloying of casting surfaces has come true in spraying and coating-cast technology. The hardness of coat-cast layer increases and the wear resistance increases. Result of electron microscope, energy spectrum analyses, hardness test and abrasive wear test show that hardness isn't linear with wear resistance, but they are concernedwith technology and surface alloying composition etc. Thus, the basis is provided for productive application
