摘要
本文对18-8型不锈钢在H2SO4-CrO3溶液中形成的干涉色转化膜进行了研究。对转化膜的耐蚀性能、耐磨性能进行了测定;用AES和ESCA等测定了棕色、蓝色、金黄色、红色、绿色转化膜的表面AES谱、转化膜中Fe、Cr、Ni、O沿深度的原子百分浓度分布;用AES和激光椭园仪测定了转化膜的厚度;用ESCA分析了转化膜中氧化物的价态,讨论了呈色原理及改善耐蚀性的原因。
Interfereme films transformed in the solution of H2SO4-CrO3 on the stainless steel 18-8 are studied in this paper. The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the films are determined. The AES spectrum of transformation films in brow、 blue、 gold、 red and green and the atom percent profiles of Fe、 Cr、 Ni and O in the depth direction of the films are measured by AES and ESCA. The thichness of the films are measured by AES and laser ellipsegraph. The valence of oxides in the films analyzed by ESCA. The chromashowing principle and the reason of improving corrosion resistance are also discussed
