摘要
在完全保留、部分保留及彻底去除原始渗铝层的情况下,对一次翻修时某型发动机Ⅰ级涡轮叶片(材料为铸造镍基高温合金K417)进行了再渗铝试验;用电子探针和X射线衍射仪,对原始渗铝层和每一种再渗铝层的深度、铝浓度及其分布、表层的相等进行了分析研究;提出了对抛修后的这类叶片进行再渗铝的较佳工艺方法。
The research is carried out in this paper that the first grade.turbine blades (material is K147) of turbine jet seven series engine are re-aluminized in maintenance in the conditions of keeping、 partially keeping and removing original aluminizing layer. The depthes、 the concentrations of aluminum and its distrubition and the surface phases of original aluminizing layer and three re-aluminizing layers are studied and analyzed by electron probe and x-ray diffraction. The good re-aluminizing process of these blades after polishing maintenance is put forword
