摘要
介绍一种采用部分封闭的异氰酸酯改性环氧树脂制备可自交联的卷材底漆用树脂的方法。探讨了聚氨酯和聚酰胺的用量对底漆性能的影响,研究了底漆固化程度对面漆性能的影响。
A self-crosslinking coil coating was prepared with partially blocked isocyanate modified epoxy resin. The influences on the performance of the primer with the content of isocyanate and polyamide were investigated. And the influence of the curing degree of the primer on the per-formance of the top coat also discussed.
