摘要 本文采用直接粉末压片制样,用同一组标准对来源广泛的锌精矿样品中的主要元素(锌、铅、铜、铁、镉、硫)进行X射线荧光光谱分析.用新近流行的偏最小二乘法(PLS)处理实验数据,结果满意. This paper describes the XRFA method,in -which the powder samples were directly pressed into pellets and a set of standard samples from various resources was used for the determination of Zn, Pb, Cu, Fe, Cdi and S in the zinc concentrate and then PLS was applied for data processing. It.was concluded that the PLS gave satisfactory results for all elements, only requiring the measurement of them ain characieristic lines in the concentrate samples and the use of the simple intensity-correction model. The results of the study on above method show that the XRFA method combined -with the partial least square can be used, in place of the chemical analysis method, for the rapid and accurate determination of the 2inc concentrates.
