摘要 化疗引起的骨髓抑制及与之相关的血小板减少症是很多化疗药物的剂量限制性毒性。重组人白细胞介素 11(rhIL 11)是目前治疗化疗导致的血小板减少症的有效药物。现综述近年来有关rhIL 11基础及临床研究方面的新进展。
