摘要 腺泡状软组织肉瘤 (ASPS)是一种少见的软组织肿瘤 ,其组织起源尚未定论。近年来 ,ASPS中特异的不平衡染色体易位t(x ;17) ( p11.2 ;q2 5 )的发现 ,为进一步探讨ASPS的分子发生机制提供了线索。现综述ASPS的组织起源和分子遗传学研究进展。
