摘要
通过对采油电潜泵潜油电动机转子结构的振动模型简化 ,应用机械振动理论和方法 ,分析了转子无阻尼弯曲振动的临界转速问题。建立起一般的分析计算方法 ,并根据电动机转子的具体简化模型 ,应用计算机编程进行了计算。计算结果表明 ,目前油田上使用的电潜泵电动机转速恰好在临界转速 (共振区 )内 ,会引起过大的弯曲振动 ,振动载荷约为正常载荷的 12倍 。
By simplifying the vibratory models of submersible electromotor of electric submersible pump for oil production, and by using the theories and methods of mechanical vibration, this article analyzes the problems of critical rotary speed of non-damped curving vibration, establishes an universal analyzing and computing method. According to the simplified models, computer programmes are coded and put into calculation, and therefore comes out the range of the critical rotary speed. This offers theoretical basis and technical support for assessing the running status of the present electromotor rotor and for further improving on design.
