原发性帕金森病患者血浆IGF-1检测的临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨帕金森病患者血浆胰岛素样生长因子 -1( IGF-1)变化的临床意义。方法 选择帕金森病患者 64例 ,其中帕金森病非痴呆 ( PD)者 3 4例 ( PD组 ) ,帕金森病痴呆 ( PDD)者 3 0例 ( PDD组 ) ;另设正常对照组 3 5例。应用放射免疫法测定各组血浆 IGF-1水平。结果 与对照组比较 ,PD组及 PDD组患者血浆 IGF-1水平显著下降 ( t=2 .46,P<0 .0 5;t=4.94,P<0 .0 0 1) ,PDD组下降尤其明显 ;PDD组血浆 IGF-1水平明显低于 PD组 ( t=2 .0 1,P<0 .0 5)。结论 血浆 IGF-1水平变化在帕金森病及伴发痴呆的发病中起一定作用 ;血浆 IGF-1水平愈低 ,患者的认知损害程度愈重 ;神经营养支持的缺乏可能是帕金森病患者脑部多巴胺能和胆碱能神经元变性的原因之一。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the change of plasma IGF 1 levels in patients with Parkinson disease.Methods Three groups were included: parkinson disease without dementia (PD) group (34 cases),parkinson disease with dementia (PDD) group (30 cases) and the control group (35 cases).Plasma IGF 1 were determined with radioimmunoassay.Results Compared with the controls, levels of IGF 1 in PD and PDD groups were significantly reduced (t=2.46,P<0.05;t=4.94, P<0.001),especially in the PDD group.Conclusion IGF 1 system was involved in the pathogenic mechanism of PD and PDD. The lower the plasma levels of IGF 1 in parkinson patients,the more serious the cognitive impairment of them. The lack of neurotrophic support might be one of causes in leading to degeneration of dopaminergic and cholinergic neurons in the brain of patients with parkinson disease.
