5-氟尿嘧啶、阿霉素诱导肝内胆管癌细胞凋亡和bcl-2基因表达研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究 5 -氟尿嘧啶 (5 - FU)及阿霉素诱导肝内胆管癌细胞 981 0 凋亡情况 ,并对其机制作初步探讨。方法 应用流式细胞仪检测肝内胆管癌细胞凋亡的情况 ,并检测 bcl- 2基因表达情况。结果 随着两种药物浓度的增加 ,细胞凋亡率逐步上升 ,bcl- 2基因表达下调 ,两种药物小剂量联合作用效果优于一种药物大剂量应用。结论  5 - FU及阿霉素能诱导肝内胆管癌细胞凋亡 ,bcl- Objective To invest the apoptosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma cell and expression of bcl-2 gene induced by fliorouracil and adriacin .Methods We applicated annisoconcentration of fliorouracil and adriacin to dispose cancer cell and detected its apoptosis and expression of bcl-2 gene by flow cytometer.Results We found that apoptosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma was up step by step flowing two drug's concentration, expression of bcl-2 gene was down.Conclusions Fliorouracil or adriacin could induce the apoptosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma cell and influencing expression of bcl-2 gene may be a reason of it.
