Survivin在胰腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

Studying expression of Survivin in pancreatic cancer

目的 探讨 Survivin在胰腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学 SP法检测 4 2例胰腺癌和 10例正常胰腺组织中 Survivin的表达。结果 4 2例胰腺癌中有 34例出现阳性表达 ,阳性率为 81.95 % ;正常胰腺组织中未见 Survivin表达。 Survivin的表达与肿瘤 TNM分期、分化程度存在显著正相关。结论 Sur-vivin表达水平在胰腺癌的发生、发展中具有重要意义 。

Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin in pancreatic cancer and its clinical significance.Methods By using immunohistochemistry,Survivin expression was measured in tissue specimens from 42 pancreatic cancers and 10 normal pancreases.Results No Survivin expression was detectable in normal pancreases,while Survivin expression was detectable in 34 of 42 pancreatic cancers(81.95%).Correlation was found of the expression Survivin with the differentiation and staging of the pancreatic cancers.Conclusions Overexpression of Survivin play a crucial role in the origin and development of pancreatic cancer,and the Survivin expression can be used as a prognostic factor.
