摘要
在概述1978～1990年节能降耗取得的明显效果后,针对钢铁工业能耗水平仍然偏高的状况,为解决好钢铁工业能源这个外部条件,论述了需要重新认识节能的重要性并开展有关工作的五个方面。
After briefing the tangible results obtained in energy - saving and consumption - deducing from 1978 to 1990, in the light of remaining higher energy consumption in iron and steel industry, for the sake of settling iron and steel industry energy issue, the paper discusses the importance of energy -saving and five aspects relevant to energy -saving work.
